Manoj brings 20+ years’ experience in corporate strategy, M&A & fund raise. His key achievements include leading the acquisition & integration of 10+ businesses valued at $650+ million, managing the spin-off and listing of a business division, enabling start-ups to be investment ready and designing incentive structures. Prior to joining KiVi, Manoj was a partner at CFO Bridge. He has also worked with Altisource, Ocwen, & Dr. Reddy’s and is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
